What is QuickFit?
QuickFit is a fun 30-minute HIIT class (high intensity interval training) that is go-at-your-own-pace! We do 20 different 1-minute exercises with 30 seconds rest in between. Exercises include: squats, crunches, burpies, jumping jacks, and planks. We use dumbbells which you can borrow (2lb, 5lb, 8lb, or 10lb) and yoga mats (borrow one of ours or bring your own). You do not need to be "in shape" to join this class (all "shapes" welcome ☺️)! You can modify any exercise as needed. Bring a water bottle-we guarantee you'll sweat!
Attire needed: athletic style clothing and tennis shoes
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15-5:45pm
